Our growing safety supply company is
looking for an inside sales / customer service professional
who has a passion
for people and a desire to grow with us. This position will provide excellent
customer service by greeting customers in our store, answering phones, and
pulling orders as
needed. They will also assist with daily bookkeeping tasks
including account reconciliation,
payables, receivables and general data entry.
The ideal candidate for this position
is a friendly and outgoing professional who is well organized
and able to
manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Reports to Kurent Safety Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and routing to appropriate
Ensure adequate inventory in showroom for walk-in
Assist in gathering customer orders for pick-up or
Effectively support front counter, inside phone calls
& email communicated orders.
Handle paperwork including invoices/payments, vendor
packing slips & purchase orders.
Ideal Candidate Traits
2+ years in the safety field with a strong
understanding of PPE (preferred)
Excellent customer service.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-Motivated to get work done in support of
personnel and company objectives
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced office
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks/ERP
Full-Time hourly position with opportunity for growth.
